Founding Memberships

How do memberships work?
Choose between 4 Classes/month or 8 Classes/month. Your membership renews automatically every 30 days. Memberships purchased before October 7th will have their first renewal date extended to 30 days after our reopening (October 7th).
Is there a commitment?
No. There is no long-term commitment and you can cancel your membership at any time.
Does my founding rate stay locked in?
Yes. Your founding rate stays locked in as long as you keep your membership active.
Do classes roll over?
No. Unused classes expire at the end of each 30-day billing cycle.
Can I take additional classes?
Yes. Members receive discounted rates on additional classes.

4 Classes/month: $28 per additional class
8 Classes/month: $25 per additional class
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can pause your membership one month at a time, once per year.

Pausing your membership will not affect your founding rate. Your founding rate will remain locked in when your membership resumes.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Your initial membership purchase is eligible for a refund within 10 days of purchase, minus the value of any class credits used. To request a refund, please email info@flowlagree.com within 10 days of your purchase.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime. Please email info@flowlagree.com at least 3 days before your next billing date to prevent your next renewal.

Classes

What is your opening schedule?
We currently operate Monday–Friday from 5:00 PM–6:00 PM.

We plan to expand our hours to include more weekday morning classes before 10:00 AM and more weekday classes after 4:00 PM as we grow.
What happens if I cancel late or don't show up?
Cancellations within 12 hours of class and no-shows will result in the loss of that class credit.

Waitlist

What happens if a class is full?
Join the waitlist. If a spot opens, everyone on the waitlist will be notified. The first person to complete the booking gets the spot.
