1. Founding Memberships

We offer two Founding Membership options:

Memberships renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.

Your Founding Membership rate stays locked in as long as your membership remains active.

2. Class Credits

Your membership includes the number of classes in your plan each 30-day period.

Class credits:

• Are for your personal use only
• Do not roll over
• Expire at the end of each 30-day period
• Cannot be shared or transferred

3. Booking & Cancellations

Classes must be booked through our booking system.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before class or do not show up, the class credit will be used.

Classes have limited space, so please cancel as early as possible if you can no longer attend.

4. Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing info@flowlagree.com.

Please email us at least 3 days before your next billing date to prevent your next renewal.

Cancelling your membership stops future payments. It does not restore credits that have already been used or expired.

5. Pausing Your Membership

You can pause your membership for one month at a time, once per year.

Pausing your membership will not affect your Founding Membership rate. Your Founding rate will remain locked in when your membership resumes.

6. Payments

Membership payments are charged automatically every 30 days.

If a payment fails, your membership and booking privileges may be temporarily paused until the payment is resolved.

7. Membership Termination

We want Flow to be a welcoming and respectful space for everyone.

Flow Lagree may suspend or terminate a membership for serious or repeated violations of our studio policies, including:

• Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour
• Harassment or disrespect toward staff, instructors, or members
• Failure to make required payments
• Sharing or misusing membership benefits
• Significant damage to studio property

In serious situations involving the safety or well-being of our clients, instructors, or staff, we may suspend or terminate a membership immediately.

8. Studio Changes

As our studio grows, class schedules, instructors, class formats, hours, and studio policies may change.

We will do our best to communicate significant changes to members.

9. Studio Safety & Conduct

Please follow instructor directions and studio safety guidelines and treat our instructors, staff, and other members with respect.

Members are responsible for using equipment as instructed and completing any required waiver before participating in classes.

10. Transfers

Memberships and class credits cannot be sold, shared, or transferred to another person unless approved by Flow Lagree.

11. Refunds

Your initial membership purchase may be refunded within 10 days of purchase, minus the value of any class credits used.

To request a refund, please email info@flowlagree.com within 10 days of your purchase.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our studio grows or our policies change. We will communicate significant changes when appropriate.
