Lagree Instructors

Flow Lagree is all about strong workouts, good music, and great energy. We’re building a team of instructors who love Lagree, show up consistently, and care about creating fun, challenging, and inclusive classes.

What You’ll Do

• Cue Lagree classes with clear, intentional instruction

• Coach clients of all levels by offering thoughtful modifications and progressions

• Emphasize form, technique, and body awareness, including hands-on adjustments when appropriate

• Create a positive, inclusive environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and confident

• Commit to teaching a minimum of 2–3 classes per week, with opportunities to grow your schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Lagree Level 1 Certified

• Reliable, professional, and great with people

• Brings good energy and enjoys teaching to music
